THE LEGAL SANCTITY OF MARRIAGE (PART 6): INDIAN WELLS

About

Although obviously from previous Legal Sanctity Storylines the content is sexual, but also contains DEATH of some of the protagonists.
AND with the DEATH link comes some very serious stuff: Indian is ‘Over Heating’ at an alarming rate, with daytime temperatures consistently over 40os!!!
AND very unfortunately, the night time temperature also offers very little respite:- the population is literally boiling over!
AND so you can see the urgency to organise its infrastructure to save water which is both a drinking lifeline AND a cooling one!
AND let us not forget the crop growers who too will clamour for more of this now very apparent dwindling commodity so essential for the life of EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING!!!

THIS IS THE COLOUR VERSION

During travels to India, the photographs in the book depict the stepwells as they actually are/were – so many littered with rubbish and drowned by overgrown vegetation, ivy, vines etc!
Death Traps?
Maintaining them has always been a bug-bear & the consequences of letting them rot away unnoticed can be dire:- On 30 March 2023, a stepwell cover in an Beleshwar Mahadev Temple in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India; collapsed during a celebration of Rama Navami.
On this occasion, a large number of Hindus visited the Temple, which sat atop an unused 40-foot (12 m) stepwell covered by a grill and tiles.
The weight of the crowd caused the cover to collapse, according to the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh.
The incident resulted in death of 36 people and injuries to another 16.
But in Khando’s part of India, how come even the WELL maintained have their fair, sorry, unfair amount of deaths by misadventure, although certain witnesses to the Tragic Event(s) would suggest that certain murderous intent was in actuality involved!?!
In situations labelled as a “death by misadventure,” the deceased is understood to have voluntarily undertaken some sort of risk that led to their untimely end—a fact that distinguishes this term from a ruling like “accidental death.”
Read on and you can decide if there were a Guilty Party, or two?
Or was the Driver Jealousy solely to blame?

PS

So many outsiders think of most of India’s outlying areas away from Delhi & Mumbai as poor, or impoverished, but they would be so wrong:- Our principal, Khando’s village surrounding his Stepwell was a thriving locality and improving by the year as more investment and occupation took place from such as the Australasian area, including such as the Fiji and neighbouring Islands.
